The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a shopping area, very close to the shopping mall as well as the metro and the most famous tourist atractions. The location was favourable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Jung-Gu district was worth visiting.

Good standard accommodation with favourable setting next to shopping mall, restaurants at APM, central district areas and Myeongdong, Dongdaemun and Seoul Station. Food was great and rooms were well-maintained and fabulous. Super friendly and efficient personnel, comfy bed. Good service at all times. Easy check-in.

It was good 13 days, definitely want to stay in that area again. The staff were constantly very pleasant. The location was great for me, to multiple subway stations.

This hotel was pretty standard and ideal and I liked it. The staff were efficient and affable and the facilities provided were good. I asked for a twin/double room and the one given was tidy and brand-new. I spent a very good time here, recommend to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 13 days in this hotel, no complaints. The property is ideal and fairly clean with great food and accommodating staff. The location of the hotel is awesome, not far from nearest metro station and dongdaemun cultural centre. Also, it's 1 mile away from a Korean restaurant.

The room was well-maintained and cleaned every day, which was a great perk. The facilities in the room were also impressive, including a fridge, safe, air conditioning, and complimentary tea/coffee/water. the hotel had coin laundry facilities, which was convenient for longer stays. The location was also a highlight, with easy access to nearby metro stations and markets for shopping and exploring the city.

One drawback was the open and unsecured Wi-Fi connection. It would have been better to have a password-protected connection for better data security.

We didn't feel like leaving and would come back for sure, truly enjoyed the city and hotel. The place was fairly clean and we loved a twin room.

I loved this venue because it was very close to the subway entrance, which made it very easy for me to explore this area. The shuttle service was very convenient as it saved me time and energy, and the staff were always available to help. I also appreciated the hotel's many amenities, including the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms.

Families will surely appreciate this hotel because it has great amenities and services that cater to their needs.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is superb, as it is very close to the subway station, making it convenient to explore the city centre. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms have enough storage for bags. Additionally, the breakfast is reasonably priced and satisfies all cravings.

One minor improvement could be made for cleanliness.
